WLH Product Guarantee: A Living Will
The Williams Lumber & Hardware Living Will is our Product Guarantee. It means if you aren't thrilled with your purchase, return it within 30 days along with your proof of purchase, and as long as IT'S IN SELLABLE CONDITION and as long as you aren't dead, thus the Living Will. (If you are dead, your heirs can still return the goods but they should probably keep them in your honor.)
If you received the product(s) as a gift, and that gift is still in sellable condition, we'll provide you with a Gift Card (for the current value of the returned product) that you can use at the bricks and mortar store of Williams Lumber & Hardware.
Our Big Boss told us to tell you that IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION, we will not PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND nor can we refund shipping charges. Gift Cards cannot be returned. Sorry for being so mean about it.
So, if you don't like your used hardware stuff just hang it on your wall to impress your friends, and if you don't want your Gift Card from Granny, use it as a ruler.
